Service begins with contact, site review, estimate, approved work, and testing or completion — as described on our Services and Contact pages. Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of review and may change if unforeseen conditions, code requirements, or safety concerns are discovered during work.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the property, systems, and work areas needed to perform the requested service. Delays caused by inaccessible equipment, locked areas, undisclosed hazards, or incomplete customer information may affect scheduling and pricing.
Appointments and response times may vary based on location, weather, emergency demand, and parts availability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes when they occur.
Gas and propane work carries inherent safety risks. If you suspect an active gas leak, leave the area immediately, avoid switches, flames, or ignition sources, and contact your local emergency services or gas provider before calling Gas Man LLC for follow-up inspection or repair.
Gas Man LLC performs work in accordance with applicable safety standards and CETP best practices. However, you are responsible for promptly reporting leaks, odors, equipment failures, or unsafe conditions and for following safety instructions provided by our technicians.
We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or stop work if conditions are unsafe for personnel, occupants, livestock, or property until proper remediation or authorization is obtained.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property, existing systems, prior repairs, permits, and service needs. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may affect pricing, timelines, warranties, and the safety of completed work.
You are responsible for obtaining any required permits, easements, private utility locates, or property-owner approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing. You also agree to maintain appropriate insurance for your property and operations where applicable.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work or according to the milestones stated on your estimate or invoice.
Past-due balances may be subject to collection efforts and reasonable administrative costs permitted by law. We may suspend future service requests until outstanding balances are resolved.
Quoted prices may exclude taxes, permit fees, after-hours emergency premiums, specialty materials, or third-party charges unless specifically included in writing.
Any workmanship warranty will be described on your estimate, invoice, or service documentation and applies only to the specific work completed by Gas Man LLC.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, third-party work, natural disasters, normal wear, or conditions outside the originally agreed scope. Manufacturer warranties on parts or equipment, where applicable, are separate and subject to the manufacturer's terms.
Diagnostic opinions, verbal guidance, and website content are provided for general information and do not replace an on-site inspection or a written service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gas Man LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or from services performed, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
